1. Scope
This policy applies to the EdgeWave Capital public website, its contact form, and its OndaTrader launch-list form. It does not yet describe a generally available OndaTrader subscription service, because subscriptions are not open. A product-specific notice may be added before accounts or payments become available.
2. Information visitors provide
You may choose to provide a name, email address, company name, inquiry type, message, market interests, language preference, and privacy acknowledgment. Please do not submit brokerage credentials, account numbers, payment information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information. This website does not currently collect payment information.
3. Contact-form information
The contact form collects the information needed to route and respond to company, partnership, media, technical, or OndaTrader launch questions. We use it to communicate with you, maintain operational records, protect the website, and improve our response process.
4. Launch-list information
The launch list may collect your optional first name, required email, primary market interest, preferred language, and consent. We use this information to send requested product updates, availability information, and founding-member details. Joining does not guarantee access.
5. Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security systems may receive standard server-log data when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested or referring page, response status, and timestamps. We may use these records for security, delivery, troubleshooting, and aggregate service improvement.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The current site does not install advertising trackers, nonessential analytics, or a cookie-consent system. Basic server, security, or hosting functionality may use strictly necessary technologies if configured by the production environment. If nonessential analytics or similar tools are added later, this policy and any required choices will be updated first.
7. How information is used
We may use information to answer inquiries; send requested launch communications; administer consent and unsubscribe requests; operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the site; prevent spam or abuse; comply with legal duties; protect rights and safety; and plan OndaTrader content, languages, and market coverage.
8. How information may be shared
Information may be shared with service providers that help operate hosting, email, security, analytics, or infrastructure when those services are actually used; with professional advisers where reasonably necessary; in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction; or when required to comply with law, enforce rights, address fraud, or protect people and systems. EdgeWave Capital does not sell personal information for money.
9. Service providers
Providers may process information only to perform services for EdgeWave Capital and under their applicable terms or agreements. This policy does not name a particular hosting, email, analytics, payment, or advertising vendor because the current repository does not establish such an integration.
10. Marketing communications and unsubscribe choices
Launch-list email is sent only in connection with the request you submitted. You can unsubscribe using a link in a message, when provided, or by emailing contact@edgewavecapital.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. We may retain a minimal suppression record so we can honor the request. Service or direct-response messages may still be sent where needed.
11. Data retention
We retain information for only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including responding to you, maintaining launch preferences, securing systems, resolving disputes, and meeting legal or operational requirements. Retention periods may differ by record type and will be reviewed as the product develops.
12. Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the website’s current scope. No internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive trading, account, or identity information through these forms.
13. Individual privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about processing, and to withdraw consent. Send a request to contact@edgewavecapital.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain or decline certain records where law permits.
14. International visitors
EdgeWave Capital is based in Northern Virginia, United States. If you visit from another country, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other places where service providers operate. Privacy laws and safeguards may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
15. Children’s privacy
The website and OndaTrader launch communications are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly seek personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
16. Third-party links
The site may link to websites or services controlled by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this policy. Review those practices before providing information.
17. Changes to the policy
We may update this policy as the site, law, providers, or OndaTrader development changes. The revised date will appear above. This policy is expected to be reviewed and may be updated before OndaTrader subscriptions open.
